Does LeakHunt need Shopify Plus?

Will every code on the list really work?
Section titled “Will every code on the list really work?”Yes. Every code found on a coupon site is checked against your store through Shopify before it’s shown. Codes that don’t exist, or no longer work, are never saved and never shown. A first scan can legitimately come back with No leaked codes found; the card tells you what was checked.
Does LeakHunt disable codes on its own?
Section titled “Does LeakHunt disable codes on its own?”No. Disable and Mark intentional are buttons you press. LeakHunt never turns a code off by itself, and no scan ever undoes a decision you made.
A code disappeared from the coupon sites. Why is it still on my list?
Section titled “A code disappeared from the coupon sites. Why is it still on my list?”Because it still works. A published code has been copied and cached and passed around, so the listing coming down doesn’t make it safe. Only turning the code off resolves it. See Leak Radar.
Can Extension Guard block a normal shopper?
Section titled “Can Extension Guard block a normal shopper?”No. It only affects shoppers whose browser is running a recognized coupon extension, and only for your leaked codes. Codes you’ve marked intentional or whitelisted are never blocked. If anything about the check can’t be completed, the code goes through.
Do I need to touch my theme?
Section titled “Do I need to touch my theme?”One switch. Extension Guard needs LeakHunt’s app embed on in your live theme, which you do in the theme editor with no code to paste. The guide walks it through. Leak Radar needs nothing from your theme.
How often does it scan?
Section titled “How often does it scan?”Every night on Hunter, weekly on Basic. The first scan runs the moment you turn Leak Radar on. There’s no manual re-scan, by design. Plans are compared in Plans & PromoLock.
Is LeakHunt included with PromoLock?
Section titled “Is LeakHunt included with PromoLock?”Yes. Every active PromoLock plan includes LeakHunt free: Growth earns Hunter, Starter earns Basic. Activate it from the LeakHunt tab on the PromoLock dashboard. Guide.
What does “Orders protected” count?
Section titled “What does “Orders protected” count?”Orders placed by shoppers who had a coupon extension in their browser while Extension Guard was on and at least one leaked code was locked. Details in Extension Guard.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Section titled “What happens to my data if I uninstall?”Your leak list, settings and account data are deleted. Codes you disabled stay disabled in Shopify, since that’s a change to your own discounts. A record of your subscription is kept so a free trial can’t be claimed twice. See the Privacy Policy and DPA.
