Plans & PromoLock

LeakHunt has two plans, and a third way in for PromoLock merchants.

Basic Hunter
Scans of the coupon sites Weekly Every night
Verified leak list, Disable, Mark as intentional Yes Yes
Extension Guard Yes Yes
Email alerts when a new leak appears No Yes
Priority support No Yes

Verification, Extension Guard and the dashboard are identical on both. The difference is how often the coupon sites are checked and whether you’re emailed about what turns up.

Your first subscription comes with a free trial, on either plan. You’re not charged until it ends, and uninstalling ends it. A store gets one trial: reinstalling later doesn’t start another.

Both happen on the plan page, reached from Settings → Plan & billing. Switching creates the new plan in place of the old one. Cancelling takes effect immediately.

PromoLock is the discount-control app from the same team. Every active PromoLock plan includes LeakHunt free: nothing on your bill, nothing to cancel. Which LeakHunt plan you get follows your PromoLock plan:

Starter Basic

A Basic bundle can still move up with Upgrade to Hunter on the plan page. That one is a regular LeakHunt subscription.

To activate, open the LeakHunt tab on the PromoLock dashboard and click Activate free, then Activate free with PromoLock on LeakHunt’s plan page. The step-by-step is in Activate free with PromoLock.

LeakHunt re-confirms the bundle with PromoLock about once a day, so a PromoLock upgrade or downgrade changes your LeakHunt plan within a day. If your PromoLock plan ends, the free access ends within a day too. LeakHunt’s own free trial stays available in that case.
